Returns/Exchanges:

All merchandise can be returned in the original packaging materials. Note that shipping and delivery charges are not refundable.

Shipping Policy:

Your order will ship by UPS ground, Fedx or Priority Mail from our Colorado warehouse within 2-3 business days. Usually in 24 hours during the week! Please allow UPS at least 6 business days for delivery. For orders shipping to AK, HI, APO, FPO and US Territories orders will ship by Priority Mail. The shipping charge will depend upon the weight and destination. Please be advised that additional shipping will be added for orders to Alaska and Hawaii and over weight packages.

If you need special handling for your order: Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air or other special instructions, please indicate your instructions in the "Comment" section of the order form. Shipping Charges for special services will be charge at the prevailing rate and will be added to your order.
